Downtown Santa Barbara, with its beaches, museums, boating excursions, and other attractions, is about 10 minutes away. GUEST HOUSE / SHARED DRIVEWAY / SHARED COMMON AREAS: There is a detached owner’s studio on the property, where the owner may occasionally stay. There is a shared wall with the adjacent Seaside Cottage.
NOTE: Book "Seashore Retreat" to have the entire home! This property can be combined with the adjacent "Seaside Cottage" to make a 3 Bedroom | 2 Bathroom home.
**Lock Off/Access Passage can be separated/locked between both Living Rooms and Patios.**
**GUEST AGREES TO ELECTRONICALLY SIGN OUR RESERVATION AGREEMENT within 2 days of booking. (Emailed to Guest upon booking.)**
