"Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. I should of received an email before arrival which informed me of which room and the entry password but I never received it. We were not alone a German couple there at the same time as us also had the same problem....no email either. Once we eventually got into our rooms they were fine...

"Stunning hotel, stunning views, extremely friendly staff, great food and a good nights sleep. We had an absolutely fantastic stay, this place is so unique and so visually beautiful you have to go! We had a cocktail in the lounge, we sampled the tapas in the bar whilst playing cards late into the evening. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in a beautiful dining room. We had an early morning swim (during the child friendly swim time) needless to say the pool is beautiful and big enough to play Marco Polo! After check out we left the car in the car park and explored the surrounding areas. Very family friendly with wonderful staff. Highly recommend"

"We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour around the Pyrenees. This hotel was really well located and in a quiet area. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. We were disappointed that the use of the pool/spa was an additional cost and only allowed 45 minutes, so we didn’t use it."

Only bummer was parking was tight, and mostly not available (though the staff were very helpful in steering us to other areas). Bit dated room, but comfy, slept 4 of us perfectly, and honestly would stay again!"

"Very nice hotel, staff was great. Our 5 year old got sick and the staff was awesome and got us extra towels for cleaning up from him getting sick. The room was spacious with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs pull out sofa. Location wasn't walkable with the kids to anything in the center, but it was convenient because parking was free and the grocery store was right across the street."

"used a few times before so would recommend this hotel. Good location and we used a free car park several minutes walk away. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was a nice size & clean, overlooking the street below although, in my opinion it would benefit from a little tlc. . We watched a fiesta parade from the open windows last time we stayed. Buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with a nice fresh selection. First time we stayed a couple of years ago we had a lovely evening meal & wine which was very nice & reasonably priced however I'm not sure of the operating hours of the bar/lounge, would be well worth checking. Jaca has a lovely 'feel' to it."
