Great for baseball tournaments

Loved the location near baseball fields and Harmons grocery, plus other dinning options. Fun pool and very spacious accommodations.

Wonderful home

This home was a wonderful place to stay went in the St. George area. Very close to Tuacahn and other venues. The house was very clean and comfortable the pool and hot tub were great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Stayed in this rental for a soccer tournament and had a great time. The location was great. The kids loved the pool, it was close to great hiking, and all the fields of play. The rental is clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The group of condos is gated and very quiet.

Well appointed home; fantastic location

We traveled to hike. Three generations shared the home. It was comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed. Being close to a grocery store was a bonus, but what we most appreciated was being so very close to Snow Canyon where we hiked on several days.

Location is excellent in gated complex. Home is is great with 3BR 3 full bath is a plus. Rooms are very spacious. Easy access to good restaurants and Golf. We stayed for golf event at Ledges and the this unit is priced fairly.Strongly recommended.

Just okay!

The condo was dated and appeared sort of dirty. An upgrade on linens and towels would add a big plus to this unit. The location is very convenient to the activities we had planned.

This was our second stay in this unit. Owner made a few improvements since our last visit. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Clean, great communications with manager. Love the location and Lava Falls.

Great Family Getaway

The location and access to the property was wonderful for where we needed to be. Overall - the condition of the property is a 4 out of 5. The property is dated as far as decor and what not. The showers were a bit dingy - but they did the job. The kitchen tools/dishes were mis matched and sparse - but we made the best of it. The size of the rooms were just what we needed. The access to the pool was really nice. Super quiet and relaxing in the home and the surrounding areas. We would stay here again.

The location in small gated community was perfect . I felt safe and location was central for all our needs . The house was very clean and roomy and parking ample . First floor bedroom was perfect for my 92 y/o mother . The shared pool is a small walk from unit . Besides the house being clean and comfortable , the guest service was out standing . We had a small issue that was quickly resolved by the property management . I appreciated communication and quick response . I will stay here again if in area

The fireplace was great to sit by and get warm. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The condo was spacious and roomy. We would stay there again, even though I think it had some issues with cleanliness.

No Outdoor Furniture, Grill or Pool Key

It was a very big bummer to show up to the unit with absolutely no furniture on the patio as was shown in the photos. There was also no grill, which was not listed in the amenities, but we wish we would have known as we cook outside for most of our meals. We also were not provided a pool or hot tub key for the entirety our of our visit. Thus, we had to climb under the main gate and over the pool fence to get access. Also had no key to use the restroom at the pool so had to walk back to our unit to use the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The property manager was in another state and it took me numerous texts and phone calls to try to get in touch with a local contact. We were provided a small refund for for the lack to outdoor furniture and pool key, but not the amount that we were told. Overall, the unit was nice and comfortable beds but lacking in amenities and the communication with the out of town contact for property management was not great.

Great Thanksgiving- warm weather get away

Ideal location near the Snow Canyon. Great spaces, rooms and gathering areas. The only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order for repairs during our stay, other than that the stay and accomodations were perfect!
