It's a few minute's drive from Valley Fair Mall, great for eating and shopping. Only 11mins to Levi’s Stadium for football games! Walking distance to Safeway, CVS, Central Park( a lot of fun events! ), Santa Clara Library, and restaurants.

The house was clean and comfortable. Joanne was responsive. However, I rented this for the back yard for my dogs. The yard was full of burs and the dogs were covered. The back yard was not usable, which made this a bad choice for us. The back yard would also be a poor choice for children. I made the mistake of going out in bare feet when we first arrived and those burs hurt!

Just what we needed for our visit

Overall the property was a great fit for our needs. Had some slow drain issues and not able to find some things, but the host was helpful and replied always. A very simple layout and lovely fruit trees in the yard. Easy access to airport as well.
