I'm sorry that rude people were at the hotel during your stay. As you can well imagine, it is impossible for the staff to police such behavior. I hope that future stays reflect a more civilized guest compendium.

Thanks for the review. We do have a rack designed for small toiletries installed in each shower. I'm sorry if you did not find it large enough.
