「This house was perfect for 6 couples. It was spacious and clean. Everybody had their own bathrooms. Location was close to St.George. Hot tub was a great bonus after hours of pickleball tournament play. The only thing we were missing was a Kuerig coffee pot and cooking pans. The non stick cookware was in bad shape.Overall, we would definitely come back next year.」

I had to knock down the cleanliness mark for a few reasons. One of the bunks was held together with literal duct tape. 「Great place overall but lots of little inconveniences that we shouldn’t have had to deal with. The hot tub controls were not working so had to contact owner to remotely turn on, bikes with flat tires, not enough silverware for our large group without having to constantly wash, had to ask for more standard things like paper towels and toilet paper. Some lightbulbs out, TV remotes without working batteries, closet doors off their tracks. Nice home with lots of fun extras and a great community...

「Great setup for our large crew! We enjoyed the close proximity to beautiful hikes and loved coming home to the pool and pickleball. The kitchen was outfitted with plenty of dishes, flatware, and glasses. We loved gathering around the firepit in the evenings! We will be back!」

「It was adequate. I wouldn't stay here again if I have another choice. The host was responsive to my texts, but not actually helpful. There were only 5 dining chairs and the photos showed 8. Luggage rack broken, wobbly nightstands (we tightened them) greasy pan left in the oven, no dish soap, wet dishes put away in the cabinet, broken blinds, wobbly bunkbeds. Overall sense of neglect. The listing specifically said pool was open, but it wasn't.」
