Hotel d’escale pour nous. Situe entre deux grandes surfaces. Piscine un peu vieillissante. Type un peu motel américain avec des escales pour les routiers. En bord de route. Very friendly staff and good breakfast! Rooms were just as advertised. The location was close to super markets, restaurants and a good 45 drive to Tamarindo beach. The staff was very responsive and took care of our dietary needs(vegetarian) during breakfast. The staff also quickly took care of the hot water issue we had in our room and promptly provided another room. As we barely knew spanish, we were able to use Google Translate to communicate with the staff.

It’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The pool is great, and there are hammocks beneath the coconut trees, perfect for unwinding. The air conditioning works well, though there’s no refrigerator in the room. Still looking forward to trying the continental breakfast, but expectations are high.
