Debbie was very welcoming! Her Magical Place by the Sea was the best I’ve stayed at in Pajaro. It is well stocked with everything you can think of or that you may have forgotten. It’s very clean and nicely decorated. The view is spectacular! I’ll definitely go back as soon as I can.

This condo was so well equipped. Everything that you could possibly need and I mean everything! It was clean and cozy and perfect for a relaxing get away. The views were beautiful. We saw sea otters and lots of surfers! It wasn't crowded and was very clean. It wasn't super far to get to shopping, food, entertainment, etc. But far enough to feel relaxing. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

This is our go-to place for special celebrations. Everything about it works for us: beautiful location, super clean, kind and considerate owners, complete kitchen, comfy bed, nice linens, etc. etc. You will not be disappointed with this magical place by the sea.

This condo is absolutely beautiful in every way possible! It is beautifully decorated and very well stocked with quality items. The view is one of the best around. We always have a peaceful, relaxing time there. The host is great to work with.

My husband and i have visited Sonoma and Napa Valley, and the Russian river valley for 40 years. We decided to try the Monterey/Carmel valley this trip. First, to be oceanfront and have direct access to the beach, made our decision even easier to try the wines in this area and to stay at this condo. We were not disappointed at all. the weather was beautiful, blue skies and in the 60s, perfect conditions for tasting phenomenal chardonnays and pinot noirs. it was so relaxing to come back to the condo and open up a bottle and watch the sunset from our balcony. the condo was roomy and well stocked and very clean. the bed was comfy, and the shower was very nice. we are looking forward to coming back next year when it is a little warmer so we can enjoy the Pacific Ocean. Aside from the great wines, the local breweries have great food and even better hazy IPAs. thank you to the security staff who gave us the peace of mind that we were safe during our visit from Florida. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. five stars.

We have been to Pajaro Dunes once a year the last three years. This was by far the best time we’ve had. The best view, the most quiet, easy access to the beach. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and, Lord willing, will return.

The property is in an ideal location with unobstructed views of the ocean and very easy access to the beach with everything you would need for your stay. Debbie was an awesome communicator whenever I reach out. I would highly recommend and stay at this property again!

This property is indeed a magical place by the sea! It is steps away from one of the most beautiful stretches of beach I have had the privilege to see. The condo is beautiful, and has all the amenities you can think of and more! Deborah is a superior host And is very responsive to anything that her guests need. While I would like to keep this place a secret so that it’s available whenever I want it, everyone should check it out for their getaway!

Another wonderful visit. Fantastic views of the ocean, and we love opening the doors, listening to the waves, and feeling the cool ocean breeze. The bed was quite comfortable - being able to adjust it for each person is fantastic. The host is very responsive and friendly, wanting to make sure everything for our stay was just right!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Even though it's a one bedroom, it felt really spacious and roomy. We enjoyed seeing whales and hummingbirds from the balcony. It has everything you would need for a relaxing stay at the beach. Host is gracious and really responsive.

Our Vacay in Paradise

This was our 5th time to stay here and it never disappoints! There’s so much to do because it’s located right between Santa Cruz and Monterey, 30 mins either direction. But if you just want to stay put and relax, you have a beautiful ocean view and are literally steps away from the beach.This time we brought our 4.5 and 2.5 year old grandkids and made 4 days of beautiful memories!Thank you for sharing your condo Deborah and David!!!
