The room was adequate for what we needed and the location a great base for our local travels to La Selva, Moss Landing and Monterey. Easy access to shops close by, 24 hour hot drinks available at the reception, which was just next to our room, so we had plenty tea and coffee as necessary.

This is an old Motel 6 that has been repurposed and serves a variety of clientele, all of whom kept quiet and respectful hours. Overall, it was nice one-night stay and the people running the place were keeping it clean. We needed to do laundry in the middle of our vacation, and the hotel laundry facilities were operational and we got quarters at the front desk with no problem. Added bonus: 3 state beaches were within a 20 minute drive, so we got there in plenty of time for a beautiful sunset walk.

Room was clean and thankfully didn’t smell like smoke! Only unfortunate part about our room was the light above the bathroom mirror didn’t work but other than that, the room did the job and I felt safe being there with my family. Would stay again!
