Clean, comfortable and accommodating house with wonderful hot tub. Very close drive to Uber or drive to the beaches, aquarium, mall, Capitola and Santa Cruz Boardwalk! Lots of fun and relaxing vacay spot! I highly recommend!

Terrible parking situation! Planter blocking access to area near house requiring dragging suitcases, groceries, etc and tripping on illegal step (unmarked). Lots of poorly executed diy projects in house. Furniture in bedrooms poorly thought out. Would not recommend
