We stayed at Seabright Beach House to celebrate our Grandaughters 30th birthday, a promotion and enhgagement. There were 7 of us and the room configuration was perfect. Close to all sights and attractions. A wonderful place to celebrate life milestones.

Our Favorite Beach House!

This is our tenth year celebrating the week before Thanksgiving in Santa Cruz with our families and their children! We are making lasting memories in a beautiful ocean setting in a comfortable home. We have everything we need at the 3rd Ave home! Is just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, grocery stores, the Boardwalk and church. Some friends and I rented this house to celebrate a special birthday. The house was the perfect choice because it's spacious, well-equipped, has garage parking, and very close to the beach! Family reunion

Getting the family all together is getting more difficult, but the invitation to this location was worth clearing the calendars. So close to the beach and Boardwalk made this location more than ideal. Cool mornings on the upper deck enjoying coffee with the ocean view was terrific. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the week. I've already told friends about this lovely home.

Pre-Thanksgiving get together.

Our family has been getting together in Santa Cruz every year since 2014. We thoroughly enjoy this location as it fits all our needs and is so close to the beach! It has all of the amenities we could want. The garage parking Is a big plus! We hope to stay here again next year and very much appreciate the owners sharing their home with us! Our 2nd time here. Great location near the beach. Well-stocked house with good quality amenities (except for carving knives). However we did have a ceiling leak when it rained. Roofer responded quickly but needs fixing. We had a great time and great view of the of the collapsed pier debris

Seabright Gem

We loved the location and the house itself. Kitchen was the best equipped VRBO ever and we do cook. Was roomy and had a nice ocean view from the deck. Just one thing was disappointing--two bedrooms had no dressers. When you are in a nice home you do not want to live out of a suitcase. Would definitely rent property again.

This house is perfect. Big, clean, and great location. Includes beach chairs, wagons, bikes, corn hole, and more! The only thing I wasn’t aware of is the other space underneath the house that others were staying in. I couldn’t figure out who was talking all morning since my group was sleeping! Wasn’t bad, especially since I was the only one that heard it. Don’t let that stop you from renting. It was fabulous!

Family Reunion/Wedding

We absolutely enjoyed the Seabright Beach property. We could see the ocean from our window and watch the pelicans fly over the ocean. We used to live in Santa Cruz so this was like coming back home. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked so we cooked and even baked a pie using the wonderful glass pie dishes. Every couple had a queen bed and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. We all agreed that we would come back to this place. The only negative is that the master bedroom and lower floor bedroom had beds that were so old we felt like we were sleeping on a hill. Otherwise, love this place. Thank you!

Santa Cruz Wedding Trip

We were in SC for a family wedding. This place was perfect for our group of 6 (two couples and two singles). Everyone had a private space, the bedrooms except for the loft had generous closets and great bathrooms, the common rooms were spacious and comfortable with a glimpse of the ocean a bonus! Plus we could hear the waves crashing and the sea lions bark! It was great to have the two-car garage so no worries about parking. Some of our group used the beach chairs and towels for an afternoon at the beach. The kitchen was well supplied, convenient and open to the other common areas. The location was perfect for our event - we could walk to almost all of our functions. And the downtown was a short drive away. We found good local eating: breakfast at Linda's Seabreeze Cafe, lunch at the Seabright Deli, dinner at La Posta! It was perfect!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. All the beds were comfortable. The towels were amazingly fluffy. There was plenty of shampoo etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to walk to the Boardwalk. We highly recommend this home for any vacation.
