- The 2nd level has SEPARATE ENTRY, kitchenette, 1 large oceanfront bedroom w/ King bed & patio, 1 small room w/ set of bunks (curtain as a door), 1 full bed (w/ curtain for privacy) & ocean view deck, 1 full bathroom w/ shower/tub
- 1st level King suite and 2nd level King bedroom have Smart TV
- The home offers parking for 5 (3 cars in driveway and 2 car parking in garage)
- WIFI and Smart TV streaming capabilities (no cable or local channels)
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room all have stunning ocean views on 1st level
- Dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter

Note:
- Moran Lake Beach is just a quick 2-minute walk away! Simply head down a few homes and access the sand from East Cliff. Please note, there isn't direct beach access from in front of the house. Sometimes the sand does sit in front where you can access from main beach.
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors. This home is your retreat for rest and relaxation
- NO PETS
- We may have landscapers, pest service and other property maintenance done. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves in gate to service as needed.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and garage.
