“Great place, minutes from the beach and an overall great experience!”

“Great location!”

“Property is as advertised, I would recommend that you bring a bag of ice , can’t keep up with a big family, and to bring extra towels or be running multiple loads a day like I did if you’re going to be doing the beach, hot tub, and the necessary showers, you need lots of towels”

“Nice clean short walk to beach great views of the beach and ocean, very quiet”

“House is great for what it is. The road it sits on is a bit busy.”

“Wonderful property with lovely back patio opening to the river. Unusual with 2 parking spaces. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only thing that was difficult was the noise during the day from remodeling next door. However workers were considerate starting at 8 am and stopping about 3pm weekdays and no work on weekends.”

“Super charming little coastal house. Rustic and quaint and had everything we needed. Loved being able to park once and walk everywhere.”

“We had a great time at this house. We enjoyed walking to the beach, walking to a Capitola street fair and lots of great restaurants were close. Loved the hot tub and nice yards (front and back) for relaxing. Host was super friendly. Highly recommend!”
