The Space:

Tastefully furnished with a modern yet comfortable design, this Pleasure Point Cottage is dog-friendly and perfect to gather family and friends.  Short-term Rental permit #221198.



Three bedrooms - one with a king size bed and two bedrooms with queen size beds -, two and a half baths, plus a large recreation room complete with a pool table and an extra queen bed and closet.  A large deck, complete with a BBQ and a teak patio table and chairs, leads out to a spacious and private yard that is a botanical pleasure. One dog is allowed with the payment of a $50 non-refundable pet fee.



Enjoy wine tasting; surfing; cycling; walking trails, beaches & tide pools!  Rinse off in the hot outdoor shower after a long day at the beach.  Stargaze in the tranquility provided by a cul-de-sac facing a green zone yet steps away from the beach.



A range of reef and beach breaks can be found along the pleasant stretch of coastline outside the door. This sunny house is a quick stroll away from the sandy beaches of 26th Ave and Pleasure Point - home to world class surfing, boogie-boarding, and beautiful tide pools.  From the dog-friendly beaches to the restaurants and recreational activities, Pleasure Point provides all the benefits of the quintessential California life.



This beach family house is only a 5 minute drive to Capitola Village and a 10 minute drive to the Boardwalk yet it is tucked away on a quiet street in the neighborhood of Pleasure Point.  Only 40 minutes from San Jose International Airport and 1 ½ hours south of San Francisco.  Drive 45 minutes south to Monterey, Cannery Row, the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium and beautiful Pebble Beach and Carmel... the options are endless!

No Parties or Disruptive Behavior: Surf City Rentals prohibits parties, open-invite events, disruptive gatherings, and any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisances, parking issues, trespassing, or vandalism.

Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made.

Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance to protect their booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.
