It is a cottage, with two bedrooms (both with double bed), 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub and another bathroom with shower), open kitchen, living room and furnished terrace (table, chairs, umbrella and teak sun loungers). The house is newly decorated / furnished and comes equipped for the stay with sheets and 2 sets of white towels per guest, as well as kitchen utensils, air conditioning, satellite TV with international channels, Wi-Fi, DVD player with Dolby Surround and alarm
The house is located in a quiet area of San Carlos, just 500m away. on the left before reaching Cala Mastella Beach. And 3 min. few from the beach of Cala Leña.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Das gepflegte und modern ausgestattete Haus ist ideal für bis zu 4 Personen, die Ruhe und Erholung im Nordteil der Insel suchen. Sant Carles ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, zu Fuß kann man die keine Bucht Cala Mastella, das legendäre Restaurant El Bigottes, Cala Boix oder auch Cala Llenya erreichen. Cristina als überaus sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin tut ihr übriges. Für Inselkenner ein idealer Platz, wir kommen wieder!

A lovely House in beautiful surroundings
We really enjoyed our stay here as the house was perfect for us (3 people). It contained everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and even had air condition, somerhing you truly learn to appreciate mid July. We‘d definitely come back here!

Perfekter kann ein Urlaub nicht sein. Christina und ihre Familie heißen einen herzlich Willkommen in einem herrlichen Landhaus in perfekter Umgebung und Lage. Das traumhaft große Grundstück mit Zitronen, Orangen- und Olivenbäumen umgibt ein Wald. Ruhe und Privatsphäre pur. Das Haus ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausreichend groß, super gepflegt und sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Bei Anliegen jeder Art kümmert sich Christina und/oder ihre Familie direkt. Wir haben uns so willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und das Grundstück traumhaft schön, die Lage perfekt da viele der schönsten Strände direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht und das „wahre Ibiza“ mit ein wenig Hippie Flair sucht, findet es hier. Der naheliegende Ort Sant Carles bietet mehrfach in der Woche den Dalias Hippie Markt und auch die bekannten Restaurants Bar Anita oder El Bigotes sind hier zu finden. Wir kommen definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder in den freuen uns sehr diesen zauberhaften Ort und diese wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Danke an Christina und ihre Familie für diesen perfekten Urlaub.

Mooi klein huisje in een rustige buurt met een mooi erf, gastvrouw is zeer gastvrij, als er wat was konden we altijd bellen of appen. Zeker als je voor de rust komt zit je hier goed!

This is a lovely property located in a large plot away from anywhere. The property has everything you would expect. The larger bedroom and ensuite bathroom are beautiful. We spent a lot of time indoors due to the inclement end of October weather but found the property comfortable, warm and cosy. I would happily book this property again.

Beautiful, Tranquil, Perfection
A beautiful setting for a peaceful holiday. Ideally located for some lovely beaches. Set in a gorgeous garden, this is an ideal villa for the perfect get-away to unwind. Definitely recommend.
