Wir hatten tolle Tage auf der Finca von Javier. Die finca bietet ein tolles Wohlgefühl innen wie außen. Der Vermieter ist unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Prachtig authentiek huis op rustige locatie

Wij hebben genoten van dit prachtige authentieke huis op een heerlijk rustige locatie. Het huis is zeer ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over een royaal buitenterrein met terras en buitenkeuken. De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Super tijd gehad!

Séjour dans un endroit paisible

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Javier.Nous l’avons rejoint dans le centre-ville et il nous a guidé jusqu’à la maison.Maison très bien équipée (il manquait juste quelques torchon), très propre, avec une cuisine extérieure exceptionnelle où nous avons passé la plus grande partie de notre séjour !La première Plage est à cinq minutes en voiture!Je recommande fortement ce logement, Javier a été accueillant et à très bien communiqué avant notre arrivée.

Family holiday

Javier is the perfect host, you couldn’t wish for better. The house is clean and the terrace with the outdoor kitchen sits perfect for long evenings.. we can highly reccomend this house, hidden in its own history to everyone!

Historic building in beautiful surroundings

We had a great time with our kids / teenagers and grandparents in this beautiful finca. A quiet place but still close to towns, beaches and restaurants. Very clean, incredibly friendly landlords, beautiful surrounding that leaves plenty of room to explore and play. Cozy modernized rooms, nicely decorated and super equipped with everything. We had a great holiday and did’t miss anything. Thank you for your kindness, flexibility and help!

Beautifull finca

The house has a lot of caracter and everything was very tidy. Great location, lots of privacy. We especially enjoyed the outside area with the outdoor kitchen. We love to come back. Great and quick communication with Javier.

Ideal para pasar unos dias en familia en un lugar tranquilo, cerca de las playas de la zona norte.

Casa espaciosa y muy bien equipada para 10 personas. La terraza con la barbacoa fantastica para la noche. Nos alojamos en el mes de agosto. Por poner una pega hacia calor por la noche en algunas habitaciones, en la terraza hacia fresco.

Real Ibiza

Spent the most wonderful week in this stunning 400 year old finca. If you really want a genuine island experience then it doesn’t get much better than this Javier was a superb host, and did everything to make us welcome and feel at home. We were two families, and the property worked brilliantly with the 9 of us. Super location if you want to be a bit away from San Antonio and the likes. Great spot, hope to come again soon..!!

Excellent property

Car is essential as the property is remote/rural. Javier was exceptionally helpful. I would recommend bringing mosquito spray as we were eaten alive! The villa is very rustic and so there are a lot of creepy crawlies so be prepared. It is also very hot and humid in Ibiza (We went in August) so if you're more used to cooler weather be aware it feels a lot hotter than the temperature is. There are lots of very close beaches that are lovely and you can rent deck chairs for between 5-7€ Javier was an attentive host and this is a lovely villa if you're travelling in a group

Wir hatten dort mit 8 Personen einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, sogar Geschirrspültabs und Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Es gibt Sonnenschirme und Strandmatten, die Betten sind gemütlich, die Räume liebevoll zum Baustil der Finca eingerichtet und die Mauern sind so dick, das es immer ein gutes Raumklima herrscht. Das Haus liegt sehr landschaftlich sehr schön, es ist ruhig, der Garten bezaubernd, der Weg zum Strand kurz und alle uns wichtigen Orte waren in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.#

L'accueil de Javier a été parfait. Gentillesse, ponctualité et disponibilité. La maison correspond à la description. Le lieu est paisible et sans vis à vis. Proximité de la mer (10 mn à pieds). Le chemin d'accès à la maison est en terre, donc assez poussiéreux. la maiosn reste fraiche même quand il fait chaud. Bonne literie. Je recommande cette maison.

A great holiday

We had a really good time in the house. We were really surprised, when we arrived, because everything looked like the pictures . On top of that, everything was extremly clean and tidy, we got flowers on the table and cleaned towels. Everyone liked this cozy house. The location was great too, as it was close to our favourite beach. The host is friendly and helpful with everything. He responded quickly when we got questions. All in all, we can definetly recommend this place and we will come back as soon as possible :)

Magnifique !

Nous avons séjourné a 10 adultes dans cette très belle finca. La maison est confortable, restaurée avec goût et très bien entretenue. Elle se situe à proximité des plages (10 mn à pieds) et du joli village de San Carle. Le cadre est idéal au repos et au dépaysement. Quand aux propriétaires ils sont chaleureux, serviables et accueillants. À conseiller sans aucun doute.
