With views of Talamanca Beach, Playa d’en Bossa, as well as the castle and cathedral of Ibiza city, this property impresses guests with its fantastic panoramas. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 10 people. You also have access to a magnificent rooftop. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer.



The villa features a private pool, garden, terrace, balcony and barbecue. There is a parking space available on the property and free street parking is also available. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.



The location of this villa is very central, just 5 minutes from Ibiza city, as well as the marina, port, Playa d’en Bossa, Salinas, Talamanca and the island’s renowned clubs.

Sensible shoes are a must and it is very much worth a visit if you are lucky enough to be on the beautiful island of Ibiza. This was my first visit to the island, May 2019 and it won’t be my last! The Spanish people are so friendly and welcoming and the weather was perfect ☀️ wonderful, chilled out atmosphere and not at all just a place to go clubbing, Ibiza is so much more than that! 🇪🇸
