“I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but……

“Hotel St. Francis is a historic property near the Old Town in Santa Fe. There are many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Common areas of the hotel are nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff were uniformly helpful and courteous. Valet parking in a lot across the street is included in the "amenity fee" added to room cost. However, the rooms were very small - perhaps to be expected in a historic property - just large enough for a queen bed and a few small pieces of……

“Great hotel on the NW side. Very comfortable with excellent views. Special kudos to the chef for outstanding surprise dishes. Mid to high prices depending on budget but we'll worth it if you want a nice stay. Heated pool was a great plus in cooler weather.”

“It was functional & that’s the best I can say. The male receptionist on arrival was at best inhospitable as if a guest arriving was an inconvenience & any questions were greeted with sarcastic attitude. Not at all professional! Unlike the lady on reception on Saturday who at least redeemed the reputation of the hotel a little”

“The room we had was small but adequate. The bathroom was tiny and inconvenient to use. The grounds were extensive, very lovely and beautifully maintained by only two very hardworking men.”
