「I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

「They are a terrific old hotel right within walking distance of downtown and the art gallery row. Very kind. Being from a hot climate, they turned the heat on whereas the rest of the hotel had a/c. Very accommodating!」

The male receptionist on arrival was at best inhospitable as if a guest arriving was an inconvenience & any questions were greeted with sarcastic attitude. Not at all professional! Unlike the lady on reception on Saturday who at least redeemed the reputation of the hotel a little」
