“Ice machine a long way from room. Coffee from a machine was not very tasty. The shower was difficult to shut off,had to call maintenance.Breakfast was middle of the road.”

“Good hotel and excellent service. Staff is friendly and accommodattive. Just not much to see around the neighborhood.”

“Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. The bar was……

“Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. ”

“It was a great stay, extremely hot but the gave us a fan and that helped out a lot. ”

“Pool was closed. The only reason we chose this hotel.”

“They gave my room to another one. I stand in front of front desk one half hour and waited to solve. The room has bedbugs then they gave me a new room, but i sitll was bited. No hairdryer”

“Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Lots of under 12 girls with family in tow for a dance competetion in town. Quiet after 10pm so all was good! Great breakfast next morning! Easy check out. Sad the pool was under maintenace from earlier in the day so sad about that. I'll survive this one...”

“Breakfast was super good and was good when we were in a hurry to get out the door! Our room was clean and plenty of room for my toddler to run and play! We left the early to check out and the hotel called and asked if we left a bag because they found a child’s bag in the parking lot and were calling guest traveling with children so they didn’t forget it. It wasn’t ours but I thought it was awesome they were doing their best to track down the owner! Great hotel no complaints! We will definitely……

“Beds in the room weren’t comfortable. Breakfast buffet wasn’t edible. The only draw for this resort is the indoor waterpark and arcade. ”
