The villa with breathtaking views is located on one of the most fascinating gulfs in Palermo. Apartment comprising entrance to dining area, three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two beds, double living room with fireplace, two toilets / showers and kitchen. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all services. Private access to the splendid Capo Zafferano beach protected by a small gulf, ideal for children. Possibility to organize typical Sicilian dinners on request.

Wonderful stay

We were two families with kids traveling together. We were very happy with this property. Interior was spacious and clean and had all the basics. The property is a triplex with three units but each unit has designated private outdoor space. This is located right on the beach which is a popular spot with local folks. Water was beautiful and refreshing and there is a beach bar for drinks and snacks. There are also a few neat areas with restaurants and shopping close by - some very walkable. Host met us to walk through everything when we arrived. Only issue we had was we overloaded the fuse a couple times when we initially get the air conditioning running each night. Not a big issue as we were shown how to handle. I suspect most of the year you can sleep with windows open but we were there in July and temps were high. Overall a great stay and excellent host.

Beautiful property. I gave 5 stars for everything except for "over all" I only gave 4 stars because the beds were terribly uncomfortable, which I told the owner and she said they would replace the mattresses. Also take quick showers because the water heater is small. Again beautiful property!

Fantastic find in Sicily

This property was amazing. It was a huge beachfront property and a quiet little beach about 45 minutes from Palermo. The rooms were huge and the multiple terraces offered ama big views. The outdoor dining area was out favorite. The town of Santa Flavia was charming and quiet and a quick drive to go see cefalu and Palermo. Groceries stores and restaurants are all walking distance. Maria and her family were great hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

Memories we will cherish forever

Our family had a memorable experience in this beautiful villa. The amenities and location of this property were perfect. Waking up to the stunning sunrises every morning was a highlight. We enjoyed the beach every day and walking to all the great restaurants in the evenings in the nearby town of Santa Flavia. Thank you so much for a great stay, would love to come back again soon!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - direkt am Strand!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe von Palermo und direkt am Mittelmeer. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Man kann auf mehreren Terrassen mit Seeblick verweilen. Das Ferienhaus hat mehrere große geräumige Zimmer. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein sehr schöner Kamin.

Wonderful villa on the Sea

The house is very nice and very clean, just like the photos. The view is fantastic. Maria and her sister Rossi are nice and quickly responsive. It is a great location from which to explore Palermo, Cefalu, Monreal. You do need a car to get around. Be sure to bring a GPS. The A/C worked great in bedrooms, but cant use at same time as living room. Molte grazzi to Maria and Rossi for remembering it was our anniversary and leaving a great bottle of Prosecco to celebrate.

Beautiful view!

We took our 6 children on a 3 week Italy trip and spent 6 days in Sicily at this home. It has a stunning view. Make sure to bring bug spray and keep windows shut in the evening. Easy access to the beach and home has most everything you need. Like most European homes, small showers, small kitchens, but that is to be expected. I would recommend this for a nice family getaway.

Absolutely gorgeous!!!!!

My husband and I shared Villa Buonasera with my family. The views from the terrace were amazing... the space in the home was perfect and the surrounding grounds are well kept and beautiful. Maria met us at the Villa along with her sister and precious Mama. What a sweet family and very helpful!! Throughout our stay they provided recommendations if we seeked for them. Grazie Mille Maria!!!
