「Really loved this wonderful little resort. The 2 owners are on site all the time and are very concerned with our experience. We stayed in the new apartments. And they are spacious and private. Grounds are amazing. Way off the beaten path so we had to drive a long way, but Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and Carrara are close by. Staff super helpful. 」

The Good:
Folks in the breakfast section are awesome; the breakfast itself was alright, not too great but not bad.
Some of the reception staffs are good too.
The hotel is clean, tidy and in the "PERFECT" location.
The hotel provides towels to use at the beach, and has a discount-agreement with a beach club; so you can get in for cheaper.
The Bad:
- AC did not work for 3 nights we stayed. At 38-degree temprature in Viareggio, this felt awful. (Room 333).
