Have stayed here before and the breakfast buffet is excellent, staff friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that the single rooms are hit and miss in terms of size and quality of the bed and also, on this occasion a noisy singer/disco went on until between midnight and 1am.

Loved the traditional composition of this Italian hotel. A little hesitant to wander down by the river. Staff was lovely and helpful. Disappointed that the per ported free airport shuttle was actually 15E per couple.

Room was small but very well designed so it was comfortable and fully functional. The hotel location is great with plenty of dining options nearby,and on the route from the station to the leaning tower. All staff were very helpful and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome hotel in a super convenient location for exploring Pisa. Walking distance from the train station, and easily walkable to the center of town and all the attractions. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and very happy to accommodate any requests or needs.

Its a cozy, old timely hotel. In the middle of everything. The train station and Pisa tower are are all in walking distance. I also found a locally frequented pizzeria and an open air art center behind the hotel. The breakfast was included and great. Everyone was nice.

I spent a relaxing and enjoying the City. It was very close to the Pisa Tower, lots to see and several restaurants to enjoy lunch in. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

Room was okay and the ac luckily was quite and went very well. It would have been good to know that parking in the area is only for residents - therefore one needs to take the 15€/night hotel parking which wasn't too bad for my 3 nights stay but increased the price of my stay significantly. Also the hotel bar seems expensive (7 Eur for a beer, other places charge 3,5-4,5). Breakfast was also good but for a 4 star hotel I would've expected a little more change. Unfortunately the walls are very thin so I was woken up by the neighbors showering at 6am. All in all though, it was a pleasent stay and if I were to visit Pisa again I would book it again.

The hotel was good value. The desk staff were very helpful and the shuttle to the airport was a real bonus. Breakfast was very good and the room was spacious and clean. The only thing that was a problem was the noisy air con unit. We were only staying one night so it wasn’t a major issue but we did have to turn it off to try to sleep. It was a very warm night though.
