Welcome to this beautiful country house on the outskirts of the village of Santa Margalida, which invites 6 persons for a holiday on the coast.
The exteriors of this villa are ready to enjoy the Mallorcan summer. The terrace has a chlorine pool measuring 10x5 metres and a depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.4 metres. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers by the pool or enjoy an aperitif outdoors in the chill-out area on the porch. There is also a table on the porch where you can dine al fresco with your companions.
Moving into the modern interior of the house, distributed over two floors, you start with a spacious and bright living room overlooking the pool, equipped with air conditioning. There is an 8-seater sofa where you can lie down with your companions and watch movies on the Smart TV. In the gas kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay, you will be able to prepare delicious dishes to enjoy in the dining area. To finish off the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with A/C and wardrobes. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom is complete with shower. On the first floor you will find the third bedroom with a double bed, A/C and wardrobe, with an exit to the first floor terrace. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. The house has a washing machine and iron for your use during your stay.
