Honest review

Good basic hotel, not a 4 star. Small pool area and bar, never an issue getting a sun bed. Would come back as a couple but not with kids nothing for them to do and pool is very deep. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Most staff pleasant, rooms cleaned daily.

The food was tasty. I just didn’t like the bathroom because it always had a non pleasant smell. After the shower gel finished, we were not given more. Location is good, close to the beach and shops.

You can’t fault how clean and organised this hotel is. The staff are friendly and the options in the restaurant good. The rooms are small but tidy and modern. The hotel entertainment wasn’t great but the bar is pleasant. We didn’t like the area but this isn’t the fault of the hotel. Overall we’d stall at a Grupotel again for sure but probably not in Can Picafort.

Modern place. Breakfast good. Building and rooms clean. But no electricity/ water for 2hours, no information. Room service blocks gangways, elevator for more than 1 hour, had to carry whole luggage of my family on myself over stairs. AND: much too loud, party location/ disco directly nearby!

Nice holiday, very good price quality

The hotel is located in a good area, close to the beautiful beach of Can Picafort, a short distance from everything: shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sea promenade where you can take evening walks. Although we arrived late at the hotel and missed dinner that evening, we were directed to serve a brunch in the restaurant, which we appreciated. The receptionists are not the warmest people in the world, but they always responded promptly to all our requests. The triple rooms are ok in terms of space and comfort, cleaning is done daily and towels are changed on request, but the bedding was only changed once in the 10 days we stayed in the hotel, something that should be fixed. Being a 4* hotel, we expect to receive slippers, bathrobes, a shower cap, soaps in the toilet, unfortunately nothing is provided from the listed items. The food is super good and varied both at breakfast and at dinner, the staff at the restaurant is amazing. Drinks at dinner are not included in the price, but the prices are more than ok. Almost every evening there are entertainment shows and they are very attractive and entertaining. There is a clean swimming pool, with free chaise lounges and towels provided by the hotel. Overall it was a very nice holidays and we recommend Farrutx Hotel for your stay in Can Picafort.

Zuerst muss ich sagen, dass das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war, mir war bei der Buchung ein Fehler unterlaufen. Ich hatte vergessen mein Teenager anzugeben und es wurde kurzerhand ein zusĂ€tzliches Bett organis. Zwar war das Doppelzimmer dadurch beengt aber fĂŒr 4 Tage absolut machbar. Ich war sehr dankbar dass dies trotz Hochsaison möglich war. Der Poolbereich war nett gestaltet und es gab ausreichende Liegen. Allerdings ist die Klimaanlage des Nachbarhotels extrem laut und direkt hinter einem Liegenbereich. Es gibt aber auch Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand und Zentrum sind es 5 min zu laufen. EinkaufslĂ€den gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist schön gestaltet und absolut ausreichend. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war in Ordnung jedoch hat das Abendessen uns enttĂ€uscht. Das GemĂŒse war verkocht, das Fleisch trocken und kalt. Nochmal wĂŒrde ich keine Halbpension buchen und lieber außerhalb essen gehen. GetrĂ€nke mĂŒssen abends bezahlt werden. Das Personal im Speisesaal war bemĂŒht aber leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. Aß man draußen wartete man lĂ€nger, bis jemand fĂŒr die GetrĂ€nkebestellung kam oder abrĂ€umte. Ansonsten ist das Buffet abwechslungsreich, aber die QualitĂ€t könnte deutlich besser sein. Wir haben uns fĂŒr die 4 Tage wohlgefĂŒhlt und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Kein schönes Zimmer. Aussicht neben einer Ruine. Zimmer roch nach Chlor. Und war klein. Sah nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Eher ein Reinfall. Und fĂŒr den Safe musste man bezahlen was nicht in Ordnung war. Ansonsten Personal freundlich und sauber war das Hotel auch.

Déçus par notre sĂ©jour. La chambre avec vue sur mer et balcon Ă©tait trĂšs petite, les Ă©quipements sont insuffisants et les produits d’accueil se limitent Ă  un gel douche peu pratique. Heureusement, le personnel est trĂšs sympathique. Le rapport qualitĂ©-prix est dĂ©cevant. Pour nous, cet Ă©tablissement ne mĂ©rite pas ses 4 Ă©toiles !

Bel hÎtel, bonne localisation, piscine agréable chambre propre et fonctionnelle mais mal insonorisée. Nous avons été trÚs surpris de devoir payer l'eau lors du repas du soir alors que nous avions payés la formule demi-pension, ceci sachant que lors du petit déjeuner le matin il y avait une fontaine à eau qu'il pourrait trÚs bien garder ouverte le soir, payer l'eau au repas INCLUS est inadmissible, surtout lorsqu'on sait que l'eau du robinet et de la douche est salée, pratiquement comme si l'ont voulait nous forcer à consommer. Le buffet était bon malgré tout. De plus le personnel n'était pas trÚs agréable. Pour le prix de cette réservation, je trouve cela dommage.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck hatte eine riesige Auswahl und ließ wirklich keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, dafĂŒr aber schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Matratze war fĂŒr unseren persönlichen Geschmack leider etwas zu hart. Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls super – ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Alles in allem ein wirklich gutes Hotel, das wir weiterempfehlen können.
