Die erst Wohnung für zwei Nächte war sehr schön. Die zweite Wohnung viel zu gross für 2 Personen. Küchenschränke konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden. Ablauf in der Dusch war wohl verstopft. Das WC verkalkt. Schade.Das Bild auf der Homepage entspricht nicht der Lager der Wohnung.

Die Einstellung ist wunderschön. Gärten gut gepflegt, Residenzen ordentlich und sauber. Negativpunkt ist die Qualität der Matratzen. Aufgehängte Federkernmatratzen. Wir sind vielleicht aufgrund unseres Alters besonders empfindlich, aber das macht die schlechten Nächte und die wunden Stellen nicht besser. Außerdem ist die Küchenzeile nicht zum Kochen geeignet. Toll um etwas aufzuwärmen oder ein Ei zu braten Eine elektrische Platte, eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Auch 2 Kochkessel und eine Pfanne. Besteck aber kein Brotmesser, Schneidebrett, Kochutensilien etc. Da wir aufgrund einer Corona-Infektion fast eine Woche in Isolation mussten, haben wir dies als Manko empfunden.

He ido a conocer un poquito La sierra de Tramuntana y muy bien. Llegar a son Flo y descansaren esa finca perfecto. Pena (que en abril es difícil ) que las piscinas no estén en marcha.

Im Großen und Ganzen…

An sich alles prima. Alles war sauber, das Bad absolut in Ordnung. Wir können nur für unser Apartment sprechen, aber die Küche ist für alle, die selber kochen möchten, leider unzureichend. Die Ausstattung ist mit spärlich noch sehr euphemistisch umschrieben. Leider fehlt auch so etwas wie ein Sofa. Sitzen geht nur auf „harten“ Stühlen. Das getrennte Doppelbett lädt genau genommen nur zum Schlafen ein. Mit ein paar wenigen liebevollen Kleinigkeiten, wie ein „Outdoor-Sofa“ auf der schönen Terrasse, könnte man den Aufenhalt mit wenig Aufwand extrem aufwerten. Wer Pech mit dem Wetter hat und länger nicht raus kann oder möchte, muss hier Abstriche beim Wohnkomfort machen. Leider weiß man auch vorher nicht, welches Apartment man zugewiesen bekommt. Aber das wiederum weiß man im Voraus.

Saubere, etwas abgelegene Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Santa Margalida. Ein Auto vor Ort zu haben ist also ein muss. Die Anlage ist sauber und auch wenn es dort mehrere Apartments gibt bekommt man durch deren Anordnung kaum etwas von den anderen Gästen mit. Das letzte Stück der Zufahrt, welche als unbefestigte Straße deklariert wird ist leider von sehr vielen Schlaglöchern gekennzeichnet und macht den Weg sehr holprig. Hier hatten wir zum Glück ein SUV als Leihwagen. Unserem Wunsch nach einem extra Kissen wurde leider nicht nachgegangen. Das Apartment selbst war sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. Hier ist mir leider negativ in Erinnerung geblieben, dass die Schränke beim öffnen etwas unangenehm gerochen haben. Gereinigt wurde unser Apartment in 9 Tagen 2mal. Die Dame von der Reinigung war sehr zuvorkommend und hat ihre Arbeit gewissenhaft gemacht. Uns hat der Urlaub auf dieser Anlage insgesamt gut gefallen.

Die Finca ist etwas im Landesinneren gelegen und deshalb etwas für Leute die Ruhe suchen. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilft gerne wenn man Wünsche hat. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist etwas spartanisch, reicht aber zum Frühstücken.

Äußerst zu empfehlen

Ein traumhaft schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nur 8 km zum Strand entfernt. Die Appartements sind so angeordnet, dass man aber trotzdem absolute Ruhe hat und von den anderen Urlaubern so gut wie nichts von ihnen mitbekommt. Der wunderschöne Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und gut gepflegt. Da die Anlage über 2 Pools verfügt, ist auch dort immer noch ein Platz frei. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden alle paar Tage gewechselt und das Appartement wird dann auch gereinigt. Der Besitzer Bernado ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die beste Ferienunterkunft, die ich auf Mallorca je hatte!

Calm and relaxing

This place is a hidden gem. Each unit is very private with fabulous views, especially the sunsets. The pool was lovely to swim in, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a quiet terrace to eat and relax in and a small kitchen with all essentials needed to self cater. There is no lounge area in your space with sofas etc, but you don’t really need it with so much outside space. The gardens are beautifully maintained and all you hear are the birds, peacocks and a few friendly cats. We would happily come again!

Tolle, historische Finca in ruhiger Umgebung

Tolle rustikale Unterkunft, sehr stilvoll und total sauber. Super Service - Handtücher wurden zwischendurch gewechselt, es wurde geputzt. Geweckt wurden wir jeden Morgen durch Schafe, Pfaue und Hahnenschrei. Traumhafte Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in alle Richtungen der Insel.
