- Casa Marian is a spectacular villa with a pool for 8 people located in Can Picafort, very close to the Son Bauló beach.
Casa Marian is a modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa of recent construction located in a very quiet residential area of Can Picafort 500 meters from the beach. The minimalist-style house is tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture and has all the comforts you may need for a happy stay: air conditioning in all the accommodation, heating and Wi-Fi. In addition, it has a wonderful swimming pool, a natural grass garden and several furnished terraces where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
The house is located in Son Bauló, a residential area of Can Picafort with its own beach. This area is perfect for those looking for a quiet vacation in a modern house with a pool and close to the beach.
Near the chalet you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, it is located just 500 meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Can Picafort. On the other hand, areas such as Port d'Alcúdia and Platges de Muro are less than 20 minutes away by car.
Casa Marian has centralized hot / cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

Casa Marian
Der Bebreezse-Service war ausgezeichnet.
Haus und Swimming-Pool haben uns sehr gefallen.
Schade, dass die Eigentümerin den Abnahmetermin verpasst hat. Küchengeräte funktionierten teilweise nicht oder nur mühsam. Die Küchenausstattung war für so viele Personen ungenügend.
