This was our 4th time to stay in La Forca. Spotlessly clean and everything needed for a stay. Very big pool. I trust Homerti to rent with, they are a fabulous team and react very quickly if there is a problem. I already booked for next years stay.

Amazing place. The highest and the most sincere recommendations. Fits amazing for the big group of people which is searching for an unforgetable, comfortable, spanish vibes inspired vacations. Athmosphere is just amazing there! Very clean. Everythig You can need is there and even more. Its difficult to decide where is better inside or outside of the vila. Huge recommendations! Best compliments for the lessors. Good comunication and 10 points for the welcome gifts. It was so thoughtfull and we felt very welcome. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful stay in santa Margalida

The property holds a prominent place in the valley outside Santa Margalida. As one approaches the property one gets the feeling of approaching a Roman villa. The grounds are beautiful with olive trees, ample vegetation and even a small animal farm and orchard with chickens, geese, ducks and quail which is accessible to guests. The pool was exceptionally clean and refreshing and there are ample lounge areas to relax and enjoy the pool. The home is large and very comfortable with spacious and clean bedrooms on both floors and several bathrooms as well as a dedicated washer/dryer room. The kitchen is well stocked and there are dining tables both inside and in the covered patio. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay and relax. A couple of notes. This is a place where you definitely need a car to get around. The check in/check out of 4:00 and 10:00 is not standard. It should be 3:00 and 11:00. Finally, there isn’t any place to put the garbage nearby. It’s supposed to be deposited in some place in the town but it’s not very close. They were nice enough to take care of it for us, but it would be better if they had recycling bins on the property and took care of the disposal as part of the package. Still these are not major issues and overall the place was great.

Fantastic peaceful villa

The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful villa

Absolutely beautiful villa, the photos barely do it justice. The villa was as clean as could be on arrival and spans over a huge area. Plenty of space to do activities and a huge pool. The day beds were amazing to relax on, and there is a gas BBQ which was easy to use. No shortage of eggs from the chickens in the side compound either, which was a nice surprise! 15-20 minute walk from the local town square, which has a few small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Had a couple of issues, but they were resolved very quickly after contacting the agents. Our only disappointment was that we had to remove all rubbish at the end of our stay, we had no car so this meant walking 30 minutes to the town recycling point. For the price we paid, it would’ve been nice to not have to deal with that part of cleaning. Otherwise it was the perfect stay and we definitely recommend!

La villa era increíble, muy limpia y muy espaciosa. Para un grupo de 10 (6 adultos y 4 niños de 3 a 9 años) fue perfecto, había mucho espacio y todo el mundo tenía muchas opciones de dónde estar. Había varias zonas donde se podía comer, tanto dentro como fuera, lo que daba mucha flexibilidad. La zona exterior era nuestra favorita, ya que estaba bajo un árbol encantador (¡no olvides tu espray para insectos!). La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, realmente han pensado en todo. Gran aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. También se proporcionan toallas de piscina. La piscina fue lo más destacado, de gran tamaño y profundidad y con mucho espacio a su alrededor. El AstroTurf también fue una gran ventaja, ya que significaba que el área circundante permanecía limpia. Excelente comunicación durante toda nuestra estancia, llegada y salida muy fáciles. ¡10 de 10

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Das Haus ist noch größer und schöner als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist super, es gibt sogar Handtücher für den Pool. Man darf nirgendwo Essen offen stehen lassen, denn sonst kommen sofort (!) unzählige Ameisen – das ist leider ein bisschen anstrengend. Wir würden aber trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen.

La Forca is a beautiful “finca” less than 1 km away from Santa Margalida. We could easily visit the island from there as access to the roads is super easy. What you see in the pictures is what you get - loads of indoor and outdoor space, amazing pool and really huge garden, nicely decorated and fully equipped house, several small playground areas for kids… The house is perfect for various families with kids - 2 bedrooms in the first floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs. We had some small issues with the AC and the pool which were quickly managed by the Homerti team. They answered our emails/calls immediately with a great attention to detail - thanks again for the amazing “ensaimadas” you offered us! We were worried about the ants based on previous reviews but there were no issues for us - we were just extra careful not to leave any food outside. We spent an amazing time over there ! Thanks!

Die selbstgeüflügten Orangen und Eier aus dem Garten der Eigentümer waren ebenfalls klasse. Beim check-out muss man zwingend um Punkt 10 raus sein, weil dann der Putztrupp vor der Türe steht ;-) Wir werden wiederkommen!
