Superb

An outstanding villa with amazing views. The accomodation is modern and there is every amenity available. Close enough to shops and a short drive from the beach Margarita and Sebastian are exceptional hosts nothing is too much trouble they are very welcoming and always ready to answer any queries. Prior to our arrival the agents were always on hand an prompt with their responses

Fabulous Villa

This Villa was perfect! It’s in a great location with absolutely stunning views. It had everything anyone could need. It’s been tastefully decorated through out with very comfortable beds. The owners were so accommodating and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this Villa, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing stay in a beautiful home

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. The situation is perfect: less touristic area, almost 360° view around with even a little portion of sea. Pool was amazing. Closer beach at 15 minutes so easily accessible. The house is well built and functional. The owner is very kind and everything was really easy. We had a great time !

Tolles Haus in Alleinlage

Das Haus ist ruhig auf einer Anhöhe gelegen. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, 8 Personen haben ausreichend Platz. Es war alles sauber, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Super Haus mit toller Ausstattung und freundlicher Eigentümerin

Wir waren zu acht (vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder) in dem Haus für eine Woche. Das Haus hatte alles, was man braucht mit toller Inneneinrichtung (und Küchenausstattung). Die Besitzerin war sehr nett & hilfreich. Jeden Tag ist jemand gekommen, um den Pool zu reinigen und Mist zu entsorgen. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!

Haben einige schon gemietet, hier ist es einfach super und entspannt mit der Übergabe. Sogar „kleine technische Probleme“ werden schnell behoben. :-) wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Magnifique

La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Très bien située car pas loin d’Alcudia et de Pollença. Petits commerces au village d’à côté situé à 2 kilomètres. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Maison tout confort, très bien équipée. Je confirme que la vue est magique avec d’un côté la montagne et de l’autre, au loin, la mer. Le propriétaire était facilement joignable, disponible si besoin et surtout très réactif. Panier de fruits ainsi qu’une bouteille d’eau et de vin blanc en guise de bienvenue. Prestation de haute qualité. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

Tolle Finca in perfekter Lage

Es hat alles gepasst: von der Begrüßung durch den Sohn des Eigentümers, bis zur Abreise. Die Lage der Immobilie ist sehr gut gewählt. Auf dem Hügel hat man einen tollen Blick und bei hohen Temperaturen lädt die große schattige Terrasse zum Verweilen ein. Jederzeit wieder.

Alles optimal und perfekt - wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage!

Wir hätten es nicht besser antreffen können: angefangen von den ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern über ein wunderschönes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in einer wahnsinnig tollen Lage mit 360 Grad-Rundum Blick - von Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Finca!

m Vorfeld zur Reise hatten wir verschiedene Rezessionen bezüglich der Wespen gelesen. Diesbezüglich hatten wir sofort Verbindung mit der Buchungsgesellschaft und diese mit den Vermietern aufgenommen. Uns wurde direkt die Angst genommen. Natürlich hatten wir uns weiterhin Gedanken gemacht. Bei Anreise wurden uns diese Bedenken sofort genommen. Die Vermieterin nahm uns überaus freundlich auf und zeigte uns sofort das Haus und das Anwesen. Es waren keine unnatürliche Anzahl von Wespen zu sehen! Die bei der Anreise hinterlegte Kaution wurde mit dem Stromverbrauch verrechnet. Die Finca liegt traumhaft oberhalb von Can Picafort mit Blick auf das Meer. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Die Elektrogeräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Mülltonnen werden täglich am morgen geleert. Der Pool liegt grandios. Aus dem Pool heraus sieht man sowohl das Meer bei Can Picafort, als auch das kleine Örtchen Santa Margalida. Dennoch können wir das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit hervorragend. Das Ein- und Aussteigen aus dem Pool sollte nur etwas achtsam geschehen, da die Fliesen teilweise Scharfkantig sind. Einige Kinder haben sich die Fußsohlen aufgeschnitten.

Tolles, sauberes Haus. Alle Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben muss man aber den Service der Vermieterin, welche total entgegenkommend ist und sich um alles kümmert, wie z.B. jeden Tag Wasserkontrolle und Müllentsorgung.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in Top -Lage

Haus und Inneneinrichtung sehr schön 😊 Garten, Pool und Terrasse waren super. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche (Wasserkocher, Befestigung der Spülmaschine) sind erneuerunsbedürftig . Gastgeber sehr freundlich und schnell zu erreichen !!! 👍🏻 Sehr unkompliziert 😊 Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub 🌴

Great Villa with great views

The villa is located around 1 mile from the nearest town, it is very spacious and the views all around are awesome. The villa itself is modern and very clean with all the amenities a family needs. The owner was very good for check in and offered good advice for places to eat out.
