Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Der Außenbereich mit Pool war sehr schön und sonnig. Wir saßen jeden Morgen und Abend zum Essen draußen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Besitzerin Isabel war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell und freundlich auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une belle expérience !

La maison présente bien et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. On se sent rapidement comme à la maison (jeux de société, reste alimentaire en cuisine, bon équipement) et ceci est vraiment agréable. L'aménagement intérieur et extérieur nous a comblé durant la semaine. Quartier calme La maison est propre et fonctionnelle mais elle nécessite une mise à jour : on voit qu'elle a vécue aussi bien à l'intérieur (carrelage de la cuisine, usure des meubles, usure des robinets qu'à l'extérieur (parasols et transats vieillissant, carrelage cassé dans la piscine sur lesquels mes enfants se sont coupés) Ballon d'eau chaude un peu juste pour 4 personnes, certaines douches ont été prise avec de l'eau froide car le ballon était vide.

Super Villa - absolut empfehlenswert!!

Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Isabel hat uns persönlich empfangen und sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Sie ist eine sehr herzliche und engagierte Gastgeberin. Die Anlage ist total sauber und gepflegt. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und abschalten. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit viel Raum

Das Haus und der Pool sind traumhaft. Er ist kaum einsehbar und es gibt genug Privatsphäre für alle. Auch die Küche ist gut geeignet um wirklich zu kochen. Danke an Isabel, die sich um uns und den Pool gekümmert hat. Es war nicht klar, dass es nur oben im Turmzimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt. Daher war es sehr heiß im Haus. Da ich vorher gefragt hatte, finde ich, dass das klar in der Beschreibung stehen müsste. Leider hat sich die Argentur nicht mehr während der Woche gemeldet.

Very very nice

The house and the surroundings are perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The host is available for help and questions. Our teenagers called the house "Instagram friendly" which is a compliment :-). Location is perfect, if you don`t crave tourists - there are some good restaurants, surfing shop and beach. If you rent a car, it is at short trip to close-by towns with more restaurants and shops. We have already decided to come back another time if possible

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich schön und der Pool ist prima. Aber es gibt ganz viele Mängel, die auch auf Nachfrage nicht behoben wurden. - Nur ein Schlafzimmer hat Klimaanlage! - Armaturen sind alt und teilweise defekt. - Kühlschrank teilweise defekt - Geschirrspülkorb hat keine Rollen - Küchenaustattung ist alt und wirkt verbraucht Auf unsere Beschwerde ist vier Tage nix passiert. Dann kam die Besitzerin und sagt: Es wird alles immer im Winter repariert.

Schöne Finca zum entspannen und genießen mit toller Gastgeberin.

Ein tolles , geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Pool und 3 Schlafzimmern / 3 Badezimmern. Die veröffentlichten Bilder sind authentisch. Das Haus hat alle Möglichkeiten, Küche und Grill sowie tolle Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr , sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat sich alle Mühe gegeben uns bei der Erkundung der Insel mit vielen Tipps zu unterstützen - das war unglaublich!!! Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe wurde sehr flexibel auch ausserhalb der genannten Zeiten möglich. Wir waren 3 Pärchen und hatten eine gemeinsame, tolle Woche. Wir kommen gern wieder. Keine Kritik an die Gastgeber! Die Lage ist recht abgeschieden, in Corona Zeiten und in unserer Vorsaison gab es im Ort keinerlei Möglichkeiten z.B. eine Bar zu besuchen, oder Essen zu gehen, weil diese wenigen Lokale nicht geöffnet hatten. Zum Strand ist es ein gutes Stück zu laufen. Aber es gibt eine Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Es sind Orte mit Fahrzeit von ca -15 Minuten erreichbar.

The property was in good condition and was lovely and clean. However, by the end of the stay the pool was very dirty; I would have expected it to be cleaned periodically. Everything worked and the main bedroom air conditioning was very good. The poolside furniture was very good. The accommodation was well over a kilometre to the nearest beach. It was difficult to get hold of somebody when we first checked in, It would have been much more sensible to have the key lock code before we set off.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten das Haus Oktober 2017 mit 6 Erwachsenen Personen gemietet. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Das Haus war sauber und wir wurden mit Getränken von Isabell empfangen. Der Strand ganz unten und dann nach links ist sehr schön und nicht überlaufen. Nur das es nur 200 Meter bis zum Strand sind, das stimmt nicht. Aber auch das macht das Haus nicht unattraktiver. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Villa in Son Serra de Marina und haben uns direkt nach der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin, die sehr gut Deutsch sprach, war super freundlich und auch für uns hatte sie Wasser und frisches Obst bereitgestellt. Generell war das Engagement von ihr kaum zu toppen, denn als unser Sohn eine schwere Ohrentzündung bekam, ist sie sogar mit uns zusammen zu einer Klinik gefahren. Man konnte sie wirklich alles fragen. Nichts war ihr zu viel. Vielen Dank nochmal an der Stelle für die Unterstützung! Da es unser erster Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus war, waren wir skeptisch, ob wir das Haus so vorfinden, wie es auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das wunderschöne Haus entspricht genau den Bildern. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, hat ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten (auch im Schatten). Außerdem war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und Hand- und Badetücher waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. In dem ruhigen Ort Son Serra de Marina gibt es 2 kleine Lebensmittelläden, wo man Brötchen, Brot etc. kaufen kann. Allerdings ist es dort natürlich etwas teurer, deshalb empfiehlt es sich, in den Nachbarort Can Picafort zum Einkaufen zu fahren (ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt). Dort gibt es zwei große Supermärkte mit ganz normalen Preisen. Der naturbelassene Strand ist sehr schön. Empfehlenswert ist der Abschnitt an der Strandbar El Sol, da dort Sandstrand ist. Der Rest ist teilweise sehr felsig. Direkt an diesem Strandabschnitt gibt es auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, falls man mit dem Auto fahren will. Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in der Finca machen und sie auch bedenkenlos an Familie und Freunde weiterempfehlen. LG Claudia & Heiko

Familienurlaub mit Baby

Son Serra ist ein sehr toller und gemütlicher Ort, um Urlaub zu machen. Der Strand ist toll und naturbelassen, wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die El Sol Strandbar. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Baby in dem Ferienhaus. Die Größe passt optimal für solch einen Familienurlaub. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer, die Küche war ausreichend groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und ebenfalls gut gepflegt. Es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, auch überdacht. Der Grill war in sehr gutem Zustand und frisch geputzt als wir ankamen. Holzkohle war auch vorhanden, sodass wir gleich loslegen konnten. Der Empfang der Hauseigentümerin war sehr herzlich. Sie hatte uns extra Obst und Wasser eingekauft. Wir konnten sie jederzeit übers Handy erreichen, um Fragen zu klären. Die Restauranttipps, die sie uns gegeben hat, waren alle super. Rundum war der Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und in diesem Ort wirklich super.
