Modern flat with views to the Mediterranean in Can Picafort, Mallorca north. It is ideal for 4 guests who want to enjoy an independent holiday.
Can Picafort is located in the north of Majorca and is famous for the fine sandy beach, the great offer of leisure and restaurants. During the summer it is a lively place with many bars along the promenade. You can do water sports, rent sun beds and umbrellas or have a picnic on the beach. In the low season, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the area, go hiking, cycling, visit the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença or play golf in Alcanada. Along the promenade, there are several playgrounds and every Friday there is a market.
The terrace of the flat surprises with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains on the horizon. After a long day at the beach, you can relax in the lounge, watching TV or enjoying a meal with friends. If one day you don't feel like going out for dinner, you can prepare something in the kitchen; including a gas hob, Italian coffee machine, microwave, etc. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can choose between 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A modern bathroom with shower and a cot/crib complete the equipment.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
