"It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. We’d absolutely come back and are already planning our trip! "

"Fiorenza was a great host - available when we needed her and was flexible to our arrival and departure times. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace. Immediate locality was quiet in April, which suited us fine. Fiorenza was great at recommending good places to eat and visit."

"We had a lovely time at the villa and enjoyed the beach greatly. Antonina kindly provided lots of beach toys for the kids and Signor Livorio stepped in quickly to fix a broken parasol after it blew over in the wind! A wonderful time, I highly recommend."

"Extremely noisy. The live “animation “ outdoor, family friendly entertainment went until 1:00 EVERY night. Price was extra for AC, breakfast, and mandatory fee for beach and pool. Needs to be explained better in description. This is ideal for the family vacation since it is not near any public transportation so must have a rental car to see any of Sicily, but most families stay all day, all night. Not for the travelers who want to explore the island."

"My husband and I just loved this little house! While it doesn't look like much in the pictures, it is clean and comfortable and quiet and the view can't be beat! We could sit on the covered porch, drinking an excellent local wine, looking out over the valley with the houses of Calatafimi in the distance.
