Food was freshly made and tasty. Staff were friendly. Fans were good and kept us cool. Location is excellent with many food and drinks choices. Property is nice but it lacked cleanliness (separate review submitted upon check in). Travelled with family.

Room was clean and nice but the bathroom got very hot and smell like sewage and the power went out for a couple of hours. One receptionist was a bit rude but the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. It has great location, walking distance to a lot of popular restaurants and shops. Also it’s right on the beach.

ÚNICO Hotel es una buena opción si quieres estar en un lugar con acceso directo a La Playa. Tienes muchas opciones de comer en la misma zona, así como tiendas y barecitos. Tiene un Beach Club, pero no es exclusivo para clientes y puede ser que no siempre te toque camastros en las primeras líneas. Valdría la pena que esos espacios los reserven para los huéspedes y dejen los espacios más alejados para los solo pagan el acceso al Beach Club. Otro punto para mejora muy importante es el tema del agua... constantemente se iba el agua de la regadera al momento de bañarnos. El servicio de Bar termina en teoría a las 6:20 pero a las 5:50 pm la Bar Tender ya no quiso despachar la bebida que pedimos. Los meseros amables. Vista a la playa genial!

Muy bien ubicado. El baño y la habitación estaban muy sucias cuando llegue, solicite que le hicieran una limpieza a fondo y mejor considerablemente. Pedi yn late check out y me lo otorgaron sin ningún costo. La encargada en el club de playa grosera y pésima atención.

Everythin is so nice about this hotel, the only downside it’s that power goes out frequently but that’s the whole area where it’s located, not the hotels fault. But still it’s a good idea to get either a gas generator or solar panels to solve the issue 😂
