"we entered in a heat wave, guiseppe immediately offered the air conditioning, at a reasonable extra price. it is fairly new and very powerful which was essential at 40°C. the house is nice and has everything you need. we lived as a family of 5. the terrace was only useful later in the stay due to heat, but then it was lovely with a breeze and the grill. communication with Giuseppe and his wife was very friendly and they answered immediately to any request."

"If you have ever had a thought about where you might be when the world is getting ever more complicated this might be it. Early morning swims, beautiful sunsets and restaurants near by when you don't want to cook. It's got everything you need. "We had a wonderful stay it was a family reunion. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to spend time together. The villa had breathtaking views .The pool was a joy for both adults and kids . The beach across the road was wonderful. "Beautiful outside area/views/trees and plants. Definitely a place where you will want to spend most of your time outdoors! Appreciated this even more after seeing other properties where gardens were sparse. It felt very private (although there is a property next door - not sure whether this is in use). We spent a lot of time at the property and I found the outdoor chairs uncomfortable towards the end of the stay. Mid-may was cooler and much more windy than I expected."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Giovannis lovely apartment. The house sits on a quiet street with easy access to a great swimming spot and also close to some nice sandy beaches nearby. The apartment was very well kept and looked exactly like the photos. We especially loved the big balcony and the well stocked kitchen. All in all we loved our stay and would be happy to return."
