The hotel Paradise is a stunning property. It is very clean and the food is exceptional. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with all of our needs and requests. The only drawback would be the location, it is quite far from any attractions and you really do need a car if you stay here.

The bed and pillow were not comfortable. The rooms are dated. It was quite noisy but the noise was caused by the other guests and the rooms are not soundproof. The staff on checkin were great but the dinner staff were not particularly welcoming on our arrival

Room 103 had a view of mount etna and we watched it from the balcony during an eruption. What an experience! The pool area was clean, breakfast was cooked to order, wifi good and parking plentiful. The only downside is that dinner didn't start until 19:30. That is normal in italy but there was also no where in walking distance to eat. We drove to a lovely pizza shop nearby called salvos because I cannot eat that late.
