Villa Maroma is located on a 12-hectare private peninsula within the prestigious gated community of Montecito Beach Village. Featured in Architectural Digest for the design vision of renowned architect Diego Villaseñor, Montecito's villas each incorporate the region's spectacular ecosystem respecting flora and fauna while delivering unparalleled views of the Oaxacan coastline.
This villa uniquely offers two private pools as well as access to shared pools and to the private Cala Beach Club. From the moment you cross the threshold of this home, you will fall captive to its views and peaceful energy. The great room invites you to enjoy indoor and outdoor dining and lounging areas, opening-up to your private infinity pool.
The open-concept kitchen offers opportunity for all guests to be a part of meal preparations as you enjoy the colorful and flavorful world of Oaxacan cuisine. You may also take advantage of Montecito's onsite dining options, including in-villa dining for those nights you just don't feel like leaving the serenity of this space.
Following a bridge-style walkway, you will cross over into the master suite where you can enjoy luxurious finishes and amenities as well as an expansive private ensuite bath and outdoor terrace. On the lower level, you will find the villa's other three suites, office and the second private splash pool.

• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• Reservations must be booked & paid for within 7 days of arrival
