Professionally managed by My Huatulco Vacation, this ocean view penthouse is nestled within the beachfront development ELEVEN, which is located within the gates of Cosmo Beach Residences. Showcasing a private rooftop terrace, vaulted ceilings, and views of the pacific, this luxury condo is the perfect backdrop for a tropical vacation.
Guests in this condo enjoy access to the beautiful lagoon pool located directly in front of this building, which is private to those staying in Eleven by Cosmo. Also available to guests is a communal charcoal grill area and fitness facility, both exclusive to this building.
*NOTE: Eleven does not have access to the Cosmo Residences fitness facility and pools .

• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
