The best location, a beautiful scenery, right on the ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This amazing location has everything, the best location right in front of a beautiful bay, where you can enjoy amazing sunrises and moonrises as well, in the afternoons there’s marvelous spectacle where you will find all types of birds. It is beautiful, and of course the place is perfect, with 3 rooms, and a terrace that you won’t want to leave. The services are great and you can hire a Mexican chef for breakfast, lunch or a romantic dinner.

Amanecer is a great condo community

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amanecer is a great condo community. Highly recommend. The location, views, grounds and units there are all amazing. Mildred from MyHuatulco was very responsive to any questions or concerns. This was my second time staying at Amanecer. With that in mind, I have a few suggestions for this particular unit:- The unit isn't furnished as nicely as the other I stayed at. Furnishings were sparse and the kitchen had barely sufficient dishes for the 6 people staying there.- The third bedroom is actually a den with walls that do not go all the way to the ceiling, leading to noise and light travel from the living room. This really should be noted in the listing as it was a real surprise for us and led to some inconveniences (in the other unit I stay at, this was used as a den rather than a bedroom)- It may be worth getting a separate dryer as the dry cycle on the combination washer/dryer took a very long time.Other than that, we were very happy here.
