Just 100 meters from Mermejita Beach and 5 minutes from the “magical town” of Mazunte lies the beautiful Cabaña de la Iguana, with an incredible ocean view and surrounded by lush nature. Its rustic design blends organically with the surroundings, offering a sensory experience. Peace, harmony, and relaxation are what we seek in an environment suitable for the whole family—and we’re also pet-friendly! We have parking for 4 cars, high-speed internet, and all amenities.

The accommodation

Other notable features
During the rainy season, the path to Mermejita Beach becomes rough and somewhat difficult; the path is unpaved in that area.
Access to the cabin is via a long, steep ramp, so getting there may be difficult for seniors or people with disabilities.
With the exception of the kitchen, the rest of the cabin, including the
bedrooms, consists of open spaces. The bedrooms are divided by a closet with compartments leading to the two bedrooms.
Some wild animals, such as lizards, raccoons, badgers, iguanas, birds, and even skunks, may occasionally visit the area around the cabin. Since they are part of the native wildlife, we ask that you observe and admire them from a distance, avoiding contact.
