「We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful. Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo. 」

「It’s a very nice apartment. Whole building, including the center garden, the pool, the hallways are all decorated nicely. Very IGable. Inside the apartment is also nicely furnished and clean. We’ve got everything we needed for the stay. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. The good air-con was really a lifesaver in summer Spain. Staff was very nice. Car park is not at the apartment with a 30 seconds walk around the corner. Not a big issue at all.」

「The property style and decoration was like staying in a Spanish home…it was different from a hotel room. The place was very clean, I had the La Muralla and it was at the ground floor which was good since it meant no stairs. And the free breakfast was very welcome. 」
