To be clear, this is not a hotel in the truest sense. The staff are usually all gone by 6pm and access to the building is by security code only. Having said that, this is my 2nd stay here because of its friendly and helpful staff, as well as its closeness to the beach, nightlife and shopping. I will stay here again.

This is not a hotel, there is staff but they leave by 7 pm. When I arrived, I had to wait an hour for a guest to phone a staff member to come and check us in. Having said that, the property is great and all of the staff are hardworking and friendly. I would stay here again, but be aware that this is not a hotel in the truest sense of the word.

Staff was amazing and they made my stay memorable. Felt like a family environment which made me feel safe. You can easily walk to restaurants and bars. The Exito thats 3 minutes walking was a huge help for anything you need. I will say that my room was pretty hot even with the A/C on and windows open so keep that in mind.

The stay was pleasant, I totally recommend visiting them since they offer a good value to the money and also accept pets without issues. The only warning is: be careful when arriving at night, the zone is lonely and can be dangerous, even if "Parque de los novios" is close to the location. Apart from that I really liked in my stay in the hotel. Thanks for your services.

Extremely helpful front desk lady. Helped reserve our rental car and allowed late checkout without cost. Breakfast was great. Simple eggs, toast and fruit, but the added fruit smoothie was a real treat that we didn't expect! Comfy bed and cool ac. No hot water in shower, but the water is temperate in Santa Marta so this is not an issue for us. I would definitely recommend, the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels and airbnbs.

Lovely staff. Hotel didn't live up to expectations - it is old, mattresses are hard and noisy location. However, it is clean. Hotel is close to old town which has lots of neat little restaurants but is not worth visiting.

Stayed here before and after a night in Tayrona. Great staff and clean/spacious rooms. Downsides: hard bed and loud at night due to the convenient location.

Best hotel service

The service here was amazing. Matteo helped us to plan our trip to Tayrona, printed our boarding passes for our flights, arranged transport to the airport, and provided suggestions for food/entertainment. Hotel is clean and room was spacious. Rooftop pool is amazing. Only negatives are that it's loud at night (a trade-off given the convenient location) and the beds are super hard. Apparently they are orthopedic so some people might like that, but it's not my preference at all. Can easily walk to restaurants and the main bar area of Santa Marta from the hotel.

Very nice small hotel with spacious rooms and beautiful views from comfortable roof top patio. Staff was extremely helpful and breakfasts were delicious, fresh fruit and juice and made to order eggs. Located on pedestrian only street.

Nice spacious room in the city centre

Was a nice clean room and comfortable bed. It’s well located. You have a warm shower and breakfast on the roof top was also very nice. There was a power short cut due to rain in the whole street, not the fault of the hotel. Can recommend the place. Good value for money

Hotel pequeño, remodelado recientemente, cómodo y limpio, la zona no es muy agradable por ser en el centro de Santa Marta pero hay la ventaja de lo central y el transporte. La piscina es mas bien un jacuzzi grande. La ubicación del televisor en las habitaciones es incómoda, están en un soporte pegado a la pared con lo que es bien difícil verlo acostado en la cama. Con un soporte equalizable lo podrían solucionar.

Never seen a hotel without closets

Never seen a hotel without closets. Smelled of humidity, ants via the sliding patio door. I had an eight day reservation, but left sfter the first day. Will only receive half of my money back, oh well. Serves me right for looking for the cheapest.

This is a new hotel. Very noisy if you have a room next to the Calle. For Santa Martra good value for money spent. All staff A 1. Only complaint is the bed for the 3rd person is a fold down seat. This is not so good for extra person.
