By making your reservation, you agree to comply with the following house rules, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay; should any issue arise, we kindly ask that you inform us before check out so we can assist you in a timely manner. Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and is only allowed on terraces. Non compliance will result in a fine of COP $250,000. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation value, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The primary guest must be of legal age and must remain on the property for the entire duration of the stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellations will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel related issues beyond our control. Additionally, in the event of interruptions to public services such as water, gas, electricity, or internet, these will not be grounds for a refund, as they are external factors beyond our control and typical of a developing city.
