“I loved my quick trip to santa monica and greatly enjoyed the beauty of the shutters ocean view room with patio. Being able to see the ocean makes me feel closer to nature and i loved the decoration of this hotel including books to read and toys to play with in the room. We used a bike for an hour which was fun. The pool area is nice and very refreshing. Room service breakfast was very relaxing. ”

“Absolutely beautiful and unique hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, property was clean and very well maintained. A total gem, I will definitely be back!”

“Gorgeous design and spacious rooms. We were on the 16th fooor so had epic views. Cleaning of the bathroom could have been more thorough and we arrived to empty shower gel and conditioner. ”

“Check in easy and fast ,location is nearby SANTA MONICA Pier, you can working by 15 -20 minutes to arrival SANTA MONICA Pier, drive cad near in No.10 road easy connection to where you want to go. Jack in the BOX just in hotel front side you can easy buy food in there, 7-11 store and Gas station also near in hotel location. It's good staying this hotel. I can easy go to Los Angeles local or go to Disneyland park, Universal Studios Hollywood park...etc. it's wonderful staying in the hotel that I……

“We had a wonderful stay. The location is so close to the ocean and to the shopping and dining at the Promenade. Our room in the Ocean tower was quiet (although small) and we slept well on comfortable beds. We rented bikes - super easy and free - from the hotel. Although we didn’t swim, the pool area is lovely. Definitely the best location and removed a bit from some of the crowds near the SM pier. ”

“很好的一家小酒店。就在Santa Monica海滩边上，很安静，可以步行到海滩。也可以骑酒店的自行车，沿着海滩上的自行车道直奔Venice海滩，感觉非常不错。酒店服务人员很热情，让人有宾至如归的感觉。早餐品种不是很丰富，但该有的东西都在。如果逛街或是shopping 的话，需要开车或打车。”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "

"Had a disappointing experience with the valet service. When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. It felt like my name was being treated as strange or unacceptable. This kind of behavior made me feel deeply disrespected as a guest. A hotel of this level should ensure that all staff treat people with equal courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their name or background."
