This holiday apartment near the beach is located in a residence in Gran Alacant and boasts a beautiful view of the sea from the rooftop terrace. The holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a garden, garden furniture, an open rooftop terrace, a balcony and an outdoor shower. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool.
