Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und der Check-In ganz unkompliziert. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos, und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Das Zentrum von Santa Pola und das Meer kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden, nachts war es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent séjour de quinze jours en septembre 2025 dans cette villa parfaitement équipée pour quatre personnes. Le logement est à la fois proche de la mer, des commerces et de la gare routière permettant de visiter les alentours sans qu'il soit nécessaire de disposer d'une voiture. On visite donc facilement Elche et sa palmeraie, Alicante et son animation tout en séjournant dans une station familiale. Ne ratez pas la visite de l'île de Tabarca depuis l'embarcadère de Santa Pola.Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

We stayed at the house for 14 nights.The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good communication for check-in. The house has good wi-fi and there is a detailed information guide. The beach, marina and many bars and restaurants all within a 15 minute walk.

My Husband and I have stayed at this house many times.It is ideally located, everything within walking distance - close to the beach, restaurants, bars and Santa Pola centre. There are plenty Supermarkets are nearby including Lidl and Aldi. The Bus Station is about a 10 minute walk away with regular buses to Alicante, Elche, Guardamar and Torrevieja, there is no need to hire a car.The house is very well equipped and has everything you need - kitchen has plenty crockery, pots and pans, glassware etc. The lounge area has a television with English channels and Wi-Fi. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are well stocked too, lots of bedding and towels available to use, beach towels are also provided.Outside there is a patio which is quite private, it has a table and chairs with extra chairs in the shed if needed. Also in the shed are 2 bicycles plus helmets for quests to use.We have always had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this house and are looking forward to going again.

Appart agréable et bien situé

Bien situé, proche d’une grande plage surveillée et du port, commerce proche et notamment Lidl juste à côté ! Accueil très agréable, merci à Nathalie qui a même fait l’effort de la traduction en français 👍 Une voiture est quand même appreciable pour visiter les villes autour (peut être y’a t’il des transports, nous n’avons pas vérifié ) Le logement en lui même à quelques années mais très bien équipé avec tous ce qu’il faut même en consomable (savon, sel, café….) pratique quand on arrive en avion si chacun joue le jeux d’en remettre au fur à mesure ! Peti bémol Sur la description qui mentionne un barbecue alors qu’il n’y en a pas, vu qu’il y’a une cour extérieur ça aurait été bien pratique, même juste une plancha électrique ou gaz( il y’a aussi mention d’un bain à remous, à modifier dans la description je pense) Clim juste dans les chambres, une dans le salon serait une bonne évolution , surtout avec le store qui était en panne, mais avec le ventilateur de plafond c’est déjà pas mal ! Encore merci pour ces belles vacances en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants de 10 et 12 ans)

Casa muy bonita y acogedora

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa. Es como se ve en el anuncio, bonita, cómoda y con todo lo que necesitas. Hemos disfrutado mucho del patio, en comidas, cenas y para leer tranquilamente. El paseo a la playa es menos de 10 minutos y se hace muy bien. Una estancia estupenda. Gracias!

Fourth Stay

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at this property. It is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. As stated in our previous review it is ideally located - close to shops, beaches and Bus Station- no need for a car. The house is very well equipped and has every you need for an enjoyable stay.

Ideally Located House

Our third time at this house. Ideal location - Supermarkets, Beach, Town Centre, Bus Station all within a 10 minute walk - no need to have a car. The house is very well equipped, everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Lovely patio with table and chairs. The bathroom has been nicely refurbished since our last visit. We were met on arrival by Nathalie who is very nice and gave use plenty information and contact numbers in case any problems arose. Hopefully we’ll be going back later this year.

Prima Locatie, maar wel teleurstellend

Het huis ligt op een prima locatie in Santa Pola, alles is goed bereikbaar. Ook is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Echter de ligging t.o.v. de zon is wat minder. Op het terras is slechts 3 uurtjes zon per dag op een kleine strook waar je net kan zitten. Na 2 uur is de zon weg. De werking van de TV is slecht, vaak haperingen door de slechte internet verbinding van slechts 5mb. Daardoor is TV kijken geen pretje, maar verder is de verbinding ok. Ook is het huisje voorzien van een gaskachel om het huisje te verwarmen. Ook dat viel tegen. Raam iets openzetten en gaskachel aan?? Maar het ergste was de geluidsoverlast. De huizen erom heen zijn erg gehorig. Veel last gehad van een buurman die tot 3 uur in de nacht muziek hard had aan staan. Wat ons betreft was dit 1 x keer maar nooit weer.

Excellent house

Property was very clean. We were met exactly as stated. We were given numbers to contact if any problems, none occurred. Location, to be honest it wasn't quite were wanted to be, however, that would have been a mistake. Neighbours were lovely, a couple of local bars, where the staff and clientele were very friendly. 5 minutes Walk to the beach. 10 minutes to bus station and supermarket. 15 minutes to town centre. We had everything we needed for 28 nights stay. Certainly look to go back.

Fijne vakantie woning

We hebben heerlijk genoten van de fijne vakantie woning. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een vakantie is aanwezig.. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat we met veel plezier de 3 weken hebben doorgebracht. En het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ,wat we zeer waarschijnlijk zullen doen.

Peaceful town house in very convenient area.

Homely, clean and tidy holiday town house among well tended communal gardens, with friendly neighbours, walking distance to the beach (5 mins), good selection of bars and restaurants 5mins) and three large well known supermarkets (10-15mins). The house was well equipped with everything you could need, including excellent wi-fi and air conditioning (which was more than welcome especially in the extreme heat). It was literally a few minutes walk away to a lovely natural park where you can enjoy a pleasant walk around the lagoons where there are flamingos and other various bird life. Also within the park is an interesting Museum of Salt (free entry). The only downside and only reason for a 4 star rating was the need to thoroughly clean the bedroom balcony and all outdoor white plastic furniture before usage, the reclining white chairs were broken and unusable (all other outside furniture was fine). All communication with the owner and agent was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit this area.

Sitio perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones. Cerca de todo lo interesante de Santa Pola (playa, Salinas, puerto…) No le doy la máxima puntuación por la cama, creo que es muy mejorable, no esta acorde al resto de la casa

Perfecte, rustige woning met alles op wandelafstand

Mooi verzorgde en nette woning. Uitgebreide keuze TV-kanalen (ook Nederlandse en Vlaamse zenders!). Rustige buurt, vlot bereikbaar. Alles op wandelafstand (strand, supermarkten, restaurant en café, de wekelijkse markt). Extra pluspunt: aanwezigheid van een gaskachel, want soms kon het vooral 's avonds wel nog vrij fris zijn. Zeker een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Fijne woning, fijn verblijf gehad. Wij zouden dit verblijf aanbevelen aan andere mensen. Goed te lopen naar het strand. Erg jammer dat we van de 5 en halve week 3 weken slecht weer hadden. Dat schijnt vaker te zijn in de maand maart.

Een beetje overwinteren in Santa Pola

Van half december tot half februari hebben wij verbleven in deze woning. Het was er aangenaam verblijven. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht en aan werkelijk alles was gedacht. De bedden, ook belangrijk, waren voorzien van goede matrassen. Aangezien het weer wat wisselend waren we blij met de aanwezige gaskachel. Winkels zijn in de directe omgeving, het strand op loopafstand en aan de overkant een leuk wandelgebied rond het zoutmeertje met flamingo's. Parkeren was geen probleem. De markt op maandag en zaterdag is op loopafstand en echt spaans. We hebben er menig keer een carajillo gedronken. In de periode dat wij er waren was de zon snel weg van de patio maar geleidelijk aan werd dat met de dag beter. Frans en Cobi
