Excellent
We had a great holiday with family in Gran Alacant. The flat was spotless, fully equipped. As we arrived at night, our host bought snacks for us. Everything is close, airport 10 mins by car, beach 13 mins walk. Alicante is about 20 mins by car. Good restaurants and foods just opposite side of the apartment. Enjoyed our stay, and defenitaly we will go back!

Propriété très bien situé aussi bien commercial que la plage.Vous à côté Santa Pola , Alicante, Elche et bien d'autre chose à visiter

Perfect family holiday
Lovely pools and quiet. Nearby restaurants are varied and good. The Carabassi is a beautiful beach.

A brilliant place to stay.
The location is great, near shops, restaurants, bus links, beach etc. The apartment and the complex were lovely and the property owner couldn't have been more helpful. Easy to get to from the airport by taxi. Overall a fantastic place for a quiet holiday.

A good stay
Easy to contact the owner, good location for the bars , restaurants and the train that takes you round the area. The property is nice and mostly clean. I would stay again. One thing I would say is some things like sun loungers could be updated and a kettle . Over all 4 out of 5 stars ! Gracias Fácil de contactar con el propietario, buena ubicación para los bares, restaurantes y el tren que lo lleva por la zona. El hotel es agradable y en su mayoría limpio. Me quedaría de nuevo. Una cosa que diría es que algunas cosas como las tumbonas podrían actualizarse. ¡Sobre todo 4 de 5 estrellas! Gracias

Didn't feel reviews were explicit enough.
The info on this property didn't match reality. Carabassi beach , for us was a good 25minutes walk not 10mins. We are not infirm,and can walk comfortably. Although the storms were exceptionally bad, the front door of property leaked and I had to mop out on a regular basis, over 2days. The transport infrastructure needs a look at I.e. taxis and buses

If you go to a map, from the door of the apartment to the beach, its only 1,1 km, and you spend 11 minutes to arrive (from the door to the beach). You can check anytime on google. I use to spend only 10 minutes. Its the best beach on this place," playa del carabassi". I can do a lot of things, but a storm with near 400 litres, is not usual on this part of the country, so perhaps, some water went into the house, but its the firt time in 15 years. Also, I can not do anything about taxis and bus, but you have a bus stop at the mail door of the urbanizacion, and another two less than 200 meters. Also a train stop 10km, and an airport 5 km. far away. Perharps its the best comunicate place in Alicante, so I dont understand the question about infraestructure. Thanks for your visit, and I wait for you and for your family soon.

Great Stay
Our 4th time in this location, wonderful area. Close to restaurants and bars, use of the pool, tennis court, short walk to beach and GA center. Property was perfect, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area and roof top. Communication was great between the owner and I. Great stay, highly recommend a visit.

Clean, spacious apartment with lovely shared pool area and roof terrace.
Property was spotless on arrival and all spacious living and dining area. Clean towels and bed linens were provided and the kitchen was fully equipped with a washing machine. Pool area was excellent, 2 minute walk to main area with bars and resturants and 10 minute walk to the beach.
