The room was cleaned and bed made every day. The staff were amazing, everyone was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, it would have been better if there was an option to have an omelette. Pool area is quite small but very well maintained and clean. The bar/ outside terrace was the only let down. It was August and the terrace area wasn’t open, no tables etc setup which was a shame because it would be a nice area to sit out with a drink etc. The hotel is lovely and I would definitely stay again.

Fabulous clean hotel with helpful staff and big rooms. The hotel is a bit out of the way and the local shop was a lifesaver for water and snacks. Lots of restaurants/ bars around an 8 minute walk. The only reason I’ve given a 4 star is the WiFi was very hot and miss and WiFi is really important to us as I work while I’m away. Apart from that everything was perfect. We’ll definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location. 10 min walk to the beach, and 2 min walk to Pola Park-which is ideal for young children/families. Staff are friendly and helpful. Early check in was much appreciated:)

It's a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The tv had English channels. It was close to a main road which you could hear from the balcony though not in the room. The hotel is a little out of town but there is a bus stop outside. It was a short walk straight down to the beach where there were some great cafes and restaurants

The staff were great, I used the gym which was in the quiet and suited me. The hotel is just of the main N332 very convenient for getting around if you had a car. 30 minutes walk to the Harbour. I would stay again.

Best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The reason I did not check out early. Nice size rooms but safe had lock removed. Staff are helpful and speak English but some have limited tolerance to touring Americans. Could be due to off season alignment. I might recommend nearby Alicante instead.

Great Hotel but Cold bacon and eggs

The hotel has great staff and it’s a very well run hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean . I would say my only criticism would be the breakfast eggs and bacon and beans were all cold . The breakfast looks great and there is everything you could want .

Stayed for 3 nights on the way from our holiday home to Alicante airport. Maria on recepion was welcoming and very helpful. The girl who ran the cafe/bar was also very attentive. I'm sorry, I didn't get her name. The whole hotel was extremely clean. I would definitely stay again.

the breakfast and dinner was great our room cleaned and had everything what we need for our 10 day stay, the under ground parking kept our rental safe and secured gate in and out. 24 hour receptionist was great and they were very polite and helpful spacial mention Lorena and Mario front desk (awesome people)

A small hotel, with a lovely team of people taking care of you. The food on the buffet was not very hot, but tasty nonetheless. The pool area was clean and tidy, and the bar and terrace, while a little sparsely furnished, were comfortable. The town was a twenty minute walk away, with a variety of restaurants and bars, but a very pleasant walk back, along the coast.

Not close to amenities

Lovely hotel, bit on the old fashioned style but perfectly clean and tidy, lovely big bedrooms and bathrooms, just missing a mirror in the bedroom to sit and do hair and make-up, bit noisy in the balcony due to main road noise at one side of the hotel! Unfortunately although the food was ok it was all served on the colder side of cool, need to micro all food if you like it hot and it dosent vary very much but very tasty and edible. Please be aware that there is nothing much to too out and about the hotel as its very much on the outskirts of town and a good 20 mins walk to bars restaurants ect
