The expansive view is unbeatable! We had a bbq grill last year and it was no longer there. The lounge chairs on the deck are pretty uncomfortable but I know that anything with a cushion wouldn’t hold up. Overall, super pleased with this rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about the house on the beach. We stayed 7 days. The house is located kinda close to the public beach access. We had problem with people from public beach access trying to set their umbrellas and chairs right in front of our chairs. ( between us and the beach). We had to ask people to move on down the beach on a daily basis. Some of them were nice about not setting up in front of our chairs but some had attitudes. I’ve rented different houses on different areas of the beach for several years and this has never been a problem. Not sure if it’s just Santa Rosa area but I will definitely look at proximity of public beach access for my next stay.

A Sweet Spot for a Quick Getaway

We had a great stay at this vacation home! It had everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to comfy spaces to relax. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect for us and would recommend 100% , hope to be able to book again in the next few years for our family vacation! We loved having a quiet beach area right in front of the home , only 3 to 4 other families around on any day. Great location away from the hustle of the main areas but still close to grocery stores and such. A great plus for us was the 4 bedrooms and 4 separate baths, everyone had their own space and then main living area was great for everyone to eat and just hang out together while looking over the beach!

It was perfect for what we wanted. Right on top of the ocean and beach. Great proximity to restaurants & walking path. Clean. Clean is priority! Mattresses encased in zip cases. Kitchen- I had to get creative to make cookies only one cookie sheet. But that’s nothing. Clean and on the beach. Quiet considering how close to the road it is. No complaints!
