Perfect Family Vacation

This property was perfectly located with direct access to the beach resort style pool and waking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The house was beautiful and clean with ample space for all. Wish the golf cart was street legal with license plate. Otherwise, very impressed and had an amazing vacation with family and friends.

Large Family Spring Break

We had two families of 5 on a Spring Break trip together and the house was perfect for our group. It was nice having all of the kids on the same floor and the parents split up between the first and 2nd floor. There was plenty of space for everyone and the three balconies were such nice areas. The pool was unheated, so in late March it was too cold for anyone over the age of 7 to go in, but was such a nice area for everyone to hang out. We would definitely go back!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way possible! We were greeted with professionally laundered and packaged linens in every bedroom as well as starter paper goods in the bathrooms and kitchens. The spacious living areas and bedroom arrangement were perfect for our extended family of nine. Zipping around the area on the included golf cart was really convenient and enjoyable for the kids and adults alike. And last but not least, the pool which we liked so much, that we only went to the beach once! We are already looking forward to booking this property again for our next summer vacation and highly recommend Five Star Properties.

Wonderful property!! The home is beautiful, very clean, and everything was as described. We had more than enough space for our family of 9 - without our teenagers fighting over tv remotes or bathroom time. It is located just a couple minutes from stores if you need to make a quick run for neccesities or groceries and is literally 3 minutes from the beach! We had seen reviews online that implied that the year round residents were i suppose a little "cranky" during tourist season - but all the residents that we met were very kind and friendly. The gated community also provided a sense of security that we really appreciated. The amenities were nice, and the pool was definitely impressive and well maintained! We will be staying with you guys again!

House was nice. Some fans in the bedrooms did not work. Had issues with tv and accessing the cable. The internet was not working properly. Called the company Southern Bliss and spoke to Taylor. Was told that a technician was going to come out. That never happened. Never got a response until the day before we were to leave. Not a pleasant trip

The location and house met our needs. The only problem we had were workers coming to do maintenance. The first day we came back from shopping and found workers doing the ceiling in the bathroom on the first floor. On another day workers came to access the sliding glass door on main floor they were there for over two hours trying to fix the door. It was hot and the noise of the vacuum and drilling screws in the frame. We were trying to get ready for dinner to celebrate my daughters 60th birthday. Another day workers came to access the stove in the kitchen at 6 pm. I feel like when you rent a house for vacation you should not have anyone doing mainteance while you are renting. This should have been done when the house was not rented. I feel like I should have been compensated for all the inconvenience.I would stay at this location again if I was insured that no maintenance be done unless it was a necessity.
