Just steps from the Gulf!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property, even better location!! Property Management promptly answered our questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was great steps to the beach. The golf cart was very convenient and we used it everyday. The house was beautiful and clean. We had some issues with the pool, a lot of debris from the trees and this was clogging the filters so the water was green with circulation issues. Called for pool maintenance and they came and fixed the next day however it didn’t last long. The following day it was green again. Benchmark was very easy to get in touch with for any issues and replied back almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this home to others!
