They answered our questions and requests swiftly and were easy to work with. Since we encountered several double red flag days, having the multiple pools to swim in with the kids was a fantastic and fun back up. It was a great experience for our family.

The decks and porches and backyard are very nice, and the bedrooms are very comfortable and well designed and decorated. We walked to everything and enjoyed the bikes too. Would stay here again for sure.

The location was excellent—very central and convenient for getting around, which made exploring the area so much easier. The house itself is a bit dated in parts, but it’s clear that the owners have made a real effort to maintain it and keep it comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept, and we appreciated the character of the place. The only small issue we had was with the showers—they were a bit tricky to figure out at first and could use some updating for ease of use. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It’s a lovely, spacious home that served us really well during our visit. We'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a centrally located and welcoming place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year at Seaside and our 4th year using Homeowners. The home is in the most perfect location. Quick walk to town but quiet at night. The home does need some updating. Low flow shower heads are not great when you need water pressure. The front door is tricky to keep locked. Our washer was down for a couple days but I was allowed to use another cottage for laundry. It was took an entire day from my vacation to get caught up on all of it. The cleaning company left a vacuum cord plugged in with no vacuum on the other end (bare wires) which could have harmed someone had we not noticed it before the kids did. Other than those hiccups, it was a great stay. The team at Homeowners goes above and beyond. Great Communicators!!
